SMS Campaigns Sent

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Once you have run an SMS campaign, you can view its statistics by going to SMS >> SMS Campaigns Sent. This takes you to a screen showing a preview of all the SMS campaigns you have launched.

At the top of this window there's a search bar to filter the campaigns sent, with a total of five search filters: ID, the unique identifier of the send; Message, the text included in the message; Sender name, the name used as sender; Status, the status of the send (Cancelled, Finished, Preparing, Processing, and Paused); and Created on, where you can apply a date range for the search.

The search area also includes the buttons: Search (runs the search based on the filters) and Clear (resets the search filter values).

Below the search area is the results area, showing the list of SMS campaigns sent. The information is organized into six columns: ID, the unique identifier of the send; Sender name, the name used as sender; Message, the full text message sent; Status, the status of the send (Cancelled, Finished, Preparing, Processing, and Paused); Created on, the creation date of the newsletter; and Finished on, the date the campaign was completed.

Next to each campaign sent there's a blue magnifying glass icon you can click to access the detailed send information (the Show button).

Detailed Send Information

After clicking the Show button (the blue magnifying glass icon), a new window will appear where you can review the send details in more depth. In this window, the information is organized into three tabs: Overview, Messages Sent, and Log.

Overview

This is the tab that loads by default. On the left side you'll see two charts showing the total number of messages processed (Processed) and the percentage successfully delivered (Delivered), and on the right side the basic send data: Status, Sender name, etc.

Messages Sent

In this tab you can see the send details individually for each phone number, as well as the usage/consumption involved.

At the top there's a search area with two search conditions: the Phone field (filters by a specific number) and the Status field (filters by send status). Next to them are the Search button (runs the search) and Clear button (clears the search filters).

If you wish, you can export the send data by clicking the Export to CSV button in the top right.

This tab provides a record of the events/changes that have occurred to the newsletter, indicating, among other things: the user who carried it out, the type of event, and the IP address from which it was carried out.
