How to manage groups
In this area you can manage everything related to the different subscriber groups created in your Mailrelay account.
The upper part, the search area, has only one conditional search field that you can use to enter the name of the group you want to search for (Name contains) and the button to start the search (Search) and clear the content (Clear).

Below, we find the + Add button, which allows us to add a new group to the existing ones after indicating the desired name for the group in Name, entering a brief description in Description and, after clicking on the Create group button, the group will be created.

Important: Don't add emails here, this is for a description of the group, not for adding emails.
On the same level is the Export to CSV button to export the existing data in the results area.
This export button won't export contacts in the groups, just the group names. If you want to export your contacts lists you need to go to Subscribers - Subscribers, filter by group, and then export there.
Alternatively, you have an option to export your subscribers using this icon:

We'll now look at the other export button, which only exports the group name and a few other fields, in detail.
This export button in the groups section offers several settings, such as Add header to the file (to identify the columns of the exported document), as well as an option to define the fields we want to include in the file (Select all, ID, Name, Number of subscribers, Created on and Updated on), the export is completed by clicking Export to CSV.
The list area displays the groups using a total of five columns (ID, Name, Number of subscribers, Created on and Updated on), each line of this list has three action buttons (Show, Edit and Delete).
- Show : Where you can display and apply advanced actions to the group, such as adding more subscribers. Here the information is grouped into five tabs: Show group, Edit group, Log (shows a history of the group's changes), Subscribers in the group (shows the contacts registered in the group) and Import (which allows you to paste contact lists and add them to the group).

- Edit: allows you to change the name and description of the group.

- Delete: deletes the group.
Groups Trash
In Subscriber--> Groups, you have the option to go to the Deleted Groups trash (red trash can icon). This is where you can view all deleted groups and recover them.

Recover deleted subscriber groups
There you can recover a group, if you haven't permanently deleted the subscribers, you can recover the group with all its subscribers.
Clicking the Restore button restores the group:

Export subscribers from each group
You can export the emails from the subscriber group you want by clicking on this icon:

The subscriber list appears, and you can now export the group along with the subscribers belonging to it.
Click the Export to CSV button.
