Exported files

In Other>>Exported files, you can check the last exported files. This is a temporary log, as the system deletes them from the list of exported files 7 days after the export.

It offers a button to update the list of exports, called Refresh, as well as a simple area to view the reports generated in the last 7 days.

The report provides information in four columns and two additional action buttons.

Columns: Type, indicates the type of export; Status, shows whether the export has already been completed or is in process; Created on, shows the date the export was requested; and Completed on, shows the date the export was completed.
Action buttons: the first is Download, which is useful because you can download the exported file again, and the second, Delete, which removes the exported file from the list immediately (without having to wait for 7 days).
