How to create a Mailrelay account


To create a Mailrelay account and send up to 80,000 emails per month to up to 20,000 contacts, simply visit the following website https://mailrelay.com/en/  and click on the Singup button or the Create your free account button. You can also do this directly at https://mailrelay.com/en/signup/

Creating an account on Mailrelay

In any of the above cases, you will be directed to the new account creation area, where you will only need to enter a name and an email address, respectively in Name and Email.



After that, accept the terms of use of the service by clicking on I have read and accept the terms of use and click on the Sign Up button.

You can also check, if you wish, the option I would like to receive the Mailrelay newsletter to receive our newsletter on email marketing and digital marketing.

There is no need to pay anything, you will not need to enter your credit card or any other payment method.


The confirmation email


After filling in the form, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used to register your account. This step is necessary to prevent someone from creating an account with your email address without your permission.



Now click on the Activate your account button. The account will be created immediately (you will also receive an activation URL in case your email manager prevents you from using the button).



And when you have finished creating it, you will be shown a window with the account details.


If, for some reason, you have to log out or turn off your computer (before completing the account creation), don't worry, as these same details will be sent to you by email.


Once the process is complete, simply use the private login URL as well as your username to retrieve the password and start using Mailrelay.


What if there is already another account using your domain?

If you have already created an account with the same email address or if someone from your company has already created an account before you (with the same domain), you will not be able to create a new account.


You will receive the following error message on a red background: "This domain already has an account in our system. If this is your account, click here to access the account".



If this happens and you need help, just click on Contact and you will be shown different ways to get help.



  • Support Ticket: Right click on the Department option, in the area under How can we help you? and select the support department to create a ticket.
  • Chat: Right in the Chat area you have the Online Chat and WhatsApp buttons, click on either of them to get immediate help.
  • Phone: You can contact us on any of the phone numbers listed in the You can call us for free: area.
