Mailrelay offers various editors let's see how to add your subscribers' names to your newsletters in each one, to personalize them further. 

Adding the contact with Paste code editor (HTML editor):

When adding a campaign, we can choose the Paste code editor.

Adding a variable

When we imported our mailing list, we included the name of our subscribers, so it would be interesting to learn how to add the name of the contacts in our emails.

It’s very easy.

Let’s edit the block of text where we want to include the name, position the mouse cursor where we want to add the name and use the Variables. Now, we have to look for the Subscriber section and choose the Name option.

If you follow these steps correctly, the tag will be added to your text:

And when you send the email campaign, this variable {{ subscriber.name }} will be replaced with the subscriber's name.

Click on "Variables" and search for the "Name" variable in the "Subscriber" section, for example. Click on it to select the name variable, you can use other variables as well.

When you click on the "Name" variable, the result is as follows the Name will be updated to match the one in the editor which you will have previously imported or added.
