How to install a signup form on a website

The same signup form may be displayed as an embedded form or a pop-up.

Using it as an embedded form

1. Navigate to the Signup forms page.
2. Select one of the signup forms from the list.
3. Click on **Generate code**.
4. Click on **View code** in the Embedded form section.
5. Copy and paste the generated code on your website.

Using it as a popup form

1. Navigate to the Signup forms page.
2. Select one of the signup forms from the list.
3. Click on **Generate code**.
4. Click on **View code** in the Pop-up form section.
5. Select when the popup form will be displayed: **When user clicks a button**: The pop-up will be displayed only if the user clicks the button.
   • **After a specific amount of time**: after loading the page, the system will wait before displaying the form.
   • **When user tries to leave the page**: The system will display the pop-up after the user moves the mouse out of the browser window.
6. Copy and paste the generated code on your website.

The option **When the user tries to leave the page** may not work on all browsers and/or mobile devices.
