How to add a user to the account

To add a new user to your account, simply go to Settings>>Users and click on the +Add button.


You will then see a window in which you can enter the new user's details, such as: Name, Email, Password, Password confirmation and Role.  It is important to note that the Role option is a drop-down menu that allows you to indicate the level of permissions of the user you are creating.  According to your needs, go to Settings>>Roles.


Under Number of records per page, you can change the number of records that will be displayed on each page; by default, it is set to 10, but you can change it up to 100. This setting applies to the number of subscribers you see per page, the number of newsletters displayed per page, etc.


Finally, you'll see the Report sending frequency option, which is not active by default, and which allows you to select the time you want to elapse after a campaign is sent; after this period, the system will send you a notification email with information about your newsletter.

 

Once everything is ready, just click on Create user and the new user will be added to the account.
